Delightful Experience!

Pros: This hotel is very central to Breckenridge - making restaurants and shops an easy walk.
Cons: Bring your own groceries - the full kitchen can save you a lot of money.
Location: Be sure to check out the activities in the pond right near the pool!
We were very pleasantly surprised by this suite. It was spacious and set up for guests intending to to enjoy a long-time stay. It was apparent that the suite was originally designed for winter useage - there is no AC. That said, there was a fan provided that allowed us to bring in some of the cool mountain air.

Good location, just a very short walk to old town

Pros: Room was clean and nice, great location.
Cons: Mark the buildings and entrance much better. The front desk staff admitted many guests are confused.
Location: Downtown Breckenridge with great shops and wonderful restaurants. Near the lift on Peak 9.
Great place to stay, at the base of Peak 9, very short walk to downtown Breckenridge with great restaurants and shops! The lift is just a short walk from the unit. Only issues is that the place very confusing to find your building and parking, as there are numerous buildings and the entries are poorly marked. The map they give you is in color so the markings from the front desk are hard to decipher. Took us 40 minutes to locate our room. The room itself was great, we had a small studio and it was clean and had a small but complete kitchen, large bath and was very comfortable. There is a small coffee shop in the complex that is a great place to go in the morning for coffee and a light breakfast!

Great Location to Mainstreet

The hotel was the perfect location to walk to all the shops and restaurants.  The room was dated but clean.  The bed was hard and the pillows were the worst pillows I have ever slept on.  The main problem was there are two restaurants with bars that have outdoor seating and our room was right across form the bar and people were shouting at least until 2 am every night which meant we had to shut our windows and with no air conditioning it got pretty hot.  Even though the location was perfect, we would not stay at this hotel again.

Good Location but that's about it

The entire hotel looks nice from the outside but very dated on the inside.  We stayed 2 nights in STUDIO unit 1304.  The queen bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were the worst for a higher level chain like Wyndham.  We requested new pillows and the front desk sent 2 more equally terrible pillows.  There was zero closet and drawer space, so plan on living out of your suitcase.  If your visiting during the summer, be aware there is no A/C so you have to leave the window open.  If your a light sleeper, there is a creek outside the window and its very loud.  We were told that our building had the least amount of noise because main st. & park st. surrounding the hotel and there is noise from nearby bars.   The only positives were it's within walking distance to just about everything, the bathroom was nice and spacious and free underground parking.   The people at the front dest were very nice didn't have any solutions for the problems we encountered. You could do worse but I would not stay here again.

This may have been the best place I have ever stayed.

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
This place is outstanding. It took me a minute to digest the beauty of the room when I first walked in. The whole experience was lovely. From the check in process, which was so quick, to getting all our questions answered to the check out process, it was great! Alex, at the front desk, recommended a restaurant for breakfast and he was spot on with it. Very good. The pool and hot tub were so nice! I had a hard time leaving. I will recommend this place to anyone. Couples, groups of friends, families ....

Beautiful facility, convenient to Peak 9 lifts

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons: Noisy
This was a lovely property, modern, clean condo with well stocked kitchen (utensil wise). Two complaints... the location of my condo #5211 was right next to the street and I could hear all the bars rocking until 2 in the morning from the master bedroom & the property is HUGE it was very confusing and difficult to get from the main lobby to our building/condo.
