After hVing a horrible check in at the Red Roof Inn, one exit down, we were so VERY HAPPY to have our check in by Amanda be all we hoped for. The Red Roor prompted us a wheelchair accessible room and i would not have been able to enter the bathroom at all. Amanda made the promise that she was able to keep. I prefer a roll in shower but she advised that she could only accommodate with a bath bench. I am an amputee of my leg so of course I can not get up and walk. After not only did the other place not have a room that would work for me, they refused to cancel the reservation ans would not refund my prepayment. Needless to say we were very frustrated. When we arrived ar our Super 8 reservation we were greeted by Amanda, who offered an apology for our treatment, which was not her place but she felt someone needed to show show some compation. Everything she had promised on the phone she delivered. We were both very happy with every aspect of our stay including our room, the property and most of all our service. We are buy a home a couple of states away and will need to make several trips back and forth so needless to say we will be a loyal customer to our Super 8 on each trip.please feel welcome to share this review with the owner of this property as they should know how we feel about their motel and their amazing employee. I liked that our room did not have dirty and old carpet on the floor. It had a fresh and clean-looking manufactured wood or tile floor. I also liked the comfortable bed and pillows. For the money paid the room was good and comfortable. What I didn't like was that from the outside the building looked unkept and dirty...we almost were afraid that we made a mistake booking this room, but once inside our room we were very comfortable.

The room was very dirty. I’m not sure if the bathroom had been cleaned since the last person. Blood/poop on toilet seat and boil, used soap in shower, hair in shower. I was made to sign a form saying I would not smoke in the room. I am not a smoker so this is not an issue but upon entering the room it smelled like a dirty old bar ashtray that was trying to be covered up by a urinal cake. I would not recommend this hotel. Mr Wyndham would not be impressed

Convenient side entrance & exit door to keep from having to walk all the way to the lobby to get to the room. This made taking out pet out for walks, unloading & loading the car much easier.

Floor in room was filthy. I had to wash my feet and keep my shoes on to prevent getting feet dirty after I showered

Great hotel

We were impressed with the room. It was big, clean and comfortable. The staff was very hospitable and friendly.

Great value and location for the money

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet
The room was clean. It had both a mini refrigerator and a microwave, items not always found in supposedly better-ranked hotel.

Cons: they need outdor seating
Checked in about 6pm during a big storm 5/26/11. Once we got to our room the electricity went out & the hotel didnt have a generator . COMPLETLY DARK ! We went to the lobby where the desk clerk Cindy was keeping everybody calm & continued to ckeck people in & show them to there rooms with a flash light that a guest was providing. About 10-15 customers sat around the lobby then moved outside till 2 am and talked . We made the best of a bad situation . A picnic table would have been nice. The manager was in the next morning , but he did not seem concerned at all . The power came back on at 10am . At least the manager hired employees that cared about thier guest. The room was clean & the continental breakfas was good.
