Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. My accessible room was very nice, clean and spacious. Outside, however, there were a lot of construction materials laying around. The facade of the building was either very poor or being stripped down for some repair. It did not bother my stay but maybe should have been mentioned to avoid the impression of being run down or poorly maintained. . For the price it was very good value, clean and nice room. Really nice lobby too.

The property is under repair so the outside has construction equipment and areas of waste. There people is the parking lot are a cause for concern regarding safety. I was approached between my car an the entrance by an individual soliciting a "gift card" scam and other panhandlers. Would advise not walking around the side or rear after dark.
