A great place to spend a few days! The staff are more than happy to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. I will go back and recommend them to all.

Excellent staff, from front desk, housekeeping, to maintenance every single person was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful. Property is a bit dated but well maintained, the ignorant people smoking dope in the hallway or on their patio made it reek! The pool needs to be fixed, the bottom of the skin is wrinkled and a tripping hazard. The hot tub is permanently closed. Other than the pool and dope smokers I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Campbell River. You need to decide if swimming is needed or if you are okay with the stench of skunk weed in the morning and at night.

All of the staff in every part of the hotel ...front desk ,restaurant, housekeepers etc were all extremely helpful. We were most comfortable and well looked after. We were so grateful for the great time we had!!!

Not perfect but will be back
The staff and food in the restaurant were fine but the food took ages to arrive and the salad wasn't great. Too much oil. The tempurature in swimming pool wasn't great. A little chilly. The room was fine. Still, I'd return next time
