There was not an available hot tub at this hotel which it was one of the reasons to book in there. When we ask to the lady at rhe front desk tht we would like to contact the manager about this hot tub error advertised , she replied : " The manager is so busy and can not help us " As clients spending 2 night there, we felt our request was totally ignored and poorlh treated. Then, on Friday night, we found out that one of their parking stalls aas empty and blocked with a cone by staff when there wasn't a special place for staff. Basecamp resorts needs to improve their front desk quality.
