The resort is aging and could use a serious update. The sink in our room was completely cracked, didn’t get hot water in our shower (it’s a Hot Spring, how hard could that be?), and it took more than an hour to check in. Restaurants here are mediocre at best.

Hotel is old & feels like you're on the Titanic.. was extremely crowded, pools were packed at 8:15 in the morning & looked like they had not been cleaned in months.. kids were throwing footballs in the pool and using squirt guns, Adult pool was standing room only & the circular hot tub was always full babies and floaties and entire families of 12.. not to mention the indoor pool next to it was so insanely loud with screaming kids jumping and diving in even though there's a sign that literally says it's a quiet area.. Still no one ever patrolled the grounds or maintained any of the rules listed by the hotel . Luckily The room was quiet once inside though all the rooms around us had obnoxious barking dogs that you could hear anytime you enter the Hall & for what the rooms cost I was shocked to find out that We Did not have daily room service for the 3 nights we stayed , even though I requested every single day if somebody would at least make up our bed no one did .. And that was with the cleaning crew literally directly outside our door when I called and requested service... Also had to request someone come and replace three blown out light bulbs and replace towels since we had no daily room service.. also just FYI there's a $25 a day resort fee.. not sure what exactly that is for considering no one was cleaning the pools no one was making the bed & had to request towels and light bulbs.. All in all it was way too OLD & expensive for what they are offering IMO.
