The outdoor smoking area is quite far removed from the pools, there should be no-one smoking by the pools, please notify staff if this occurs again. We appreciate your feedback.

The resort is aging and could use a serious update. The sink in our room was completely cracked, didn’t get hot water in our shower (it’s a Hot Spring, how hard could that be?), and it took more than an hour to check in. Restaurants here are mediocre at best.

We are sorry that you stay didn't live up to your expectations. We agree the hotel is aged in some aspects that is what draws some of our guest , but we are slowly making improvement in our resort. For example the main heritage all rooms have a/c units in them. As far as the hot water it has nothing to do with the Hot spring water , that is two separate systems. Thank you for leaving this review.

Because we booked through Travelocity we were given the worst rooms in the hotel. The entire wing needs an upgrade desperately.
