Stayed here for a girls trip. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel and our room were clean, and the view from our room of the waterfall was amazing! The hotel is centrally located and I didn’t have to drive anywhere. If you like to be in the middle of it all this is the hotel for you! If we ever go back to Niagara Falls we will definitely stay here again!

Our valet man was very helpful with good information about the pool and facilities, and also taking our luggage to our room. I appreciated our adjoining rooms for our large group. I would appreciate having a small vaccum in the closet to clean up our crumbs after our pizza dinner. Great location! So easy to walk all over to all the attractions. Loved it.
