This Westin was almost perfect. The view of the falls was amazing, as was the jetted tub. The only things missing were a microwave to go along with the fridge in the room and bel hop service. When we arrived not only was there no luggage cart but I saw only one bellhop, which was the day we arrived. When we asked about using his cart he did not offer to help and even said that was his car for his shift. Valet staff were amazing in working with us and our rental car company in dealing with a flat tire that we had on arrival.
