Matthew was the first friendly face we seen as we walked into the building he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everytime we went to the lobby he was the first to greet my sister and I. Always chatted, asking about our stay and our plans. When we would return he would then chat with us and was genuinely interested about our day. He definitely made our stay, much more welcoming! Would recommend and stay again in the future!

Rooms and bathrooms are small but the placement in downtown Toronto is excellent, right next to a subway station. The room service was excellent. The food is good but it is surprising that a hotel of this size does not have a proper restaurant - just a bar.
