Friendly staff, clean accommodations & common areas. Temps were warm out and the thermostat in the room did nothing. Area outside the hotel was decent, but not spectacular. Homeless & drug users common in downtown Toronto.

We have stayed at the Chelsea many times. The bathroom seems a little outdated. The hotel has great amenities and is in an excellent location in downtown Toronto. The price has gone up significantly after thr pandemic.

My room was dated, carpet stained, toilet seat loose. Also, there was not a scrap of paper. Breakfast was anything but deluxe.
