The photos undersell this property! The rooms are large and clean, front desk is friendly and conveniently located next to a Starbucks. Jasper is more sparse than say Banff, but this is located nearby enough to the main town area.

Very nice family room. Clean rooms. Outdoor hot tubs were clean. The floor was very squeeky in our room. Can hear alot of noise from the room above ours.

Stay was good overall. Staff accommodated our request of side by side rooms & a microwave. Rooms were smaller than expected and could use more lights inside. Pool & hot tub areas were clean and always stocked with towels.
