Mediocre but clean.
Clean, motel type hotel. Clearly recently had a freshen up with a lick of paint and some wallpaper to hide what would have been a tired building. Unfortunately, the 'refresh' didn't stretch to a noise reducing decent double glazing, so felt I spent the night on the A48, pillows poor, room cold (wall heater / air con unit didn't work), no heating in the bathroom. Standard fare for breakfast which was ok, altogether very mediocre and not for me
