No air conditioning. Roaches on the buffet. Paid for all inclusive and was still charged for food and mini bar and don't serve drinks till 11am. Ice machines weren't working. The only restaurant included in all inclusive was buffet. It wasn't good.

Stay away. Would not recommend this place to anyone. One entire tower had broken air conditioning. All of the elevators were broken. The food was poor quality, if you could get a reservation at the restaurants. The pool was ok. One swim up bar, but the drinks are weak and the area around the bar is where all the kids like to play and spill your drinks. The only good parts of the hotel were the beach, and the short walk to the nightlife and restaurants.

We are ion the 7th floor and the elevators were out of order our entire stay. We had to take the stairs. There was only a small service elevator constantly jammed with staff. I want a refund

I like that our room was on the first floor and our glass doors opened up to the ocean. There are ramps for people with disabilities, everything is clean and well maintained. 5 stars to the hotel personnel, they were fantastic, amicable, friendly, talkative, helpful.

This is my second time in Cancun , my mom first time we love the Krystal Cancun definitely all the staff is very kind and helpful always with a smile in the aquamarine buffet as well in las velas restaurant definitely recommend it .. we love the the pool aerobic class it was amazing !!
