No complaints overall . nightlife entertainment options are limited but if your into a more laid back relaxing experiencing and value higher quality food this is an excellent choice. security is top notch

Property is very nice, experience below average. We’ve stayed at many all inclusive resorts in Cancun. This resort would be middle of the pack as 5-star all inclusive resorts go. Most of the reasons are fixable because it’s not the property or anything that would require major investment. The service needs to be faster, happier and speak better English and not be focused on upselling. Another issue the food options are very restricted with options and hours. We had a very hard time finding lunch at all. Then we never got reservations to the dinner restaurants we wanted to try. And we had to eat at restaurants at either 5 pm or 9:30 pm to get any dinner at all. That’s a horrible system if you ask me. Then on top of it, decent food, but the menus are not well designed. You go somewhere and almost everything on the menu might be seafood. If that’s your only option for dinner due to reservations all being booked at other spots and you don’t like seafood. Too bad, seafood is what you’re eating. Now you aren’t having a good time and feel like it’s not a good value. You want to get a smoothie at the wellness bar, better wake up and get it before noon. Most 5-star places keep the wellness bar open all day because they understand that most people who don’t want to just crush alcohol all day will drink juice and smoothies instead by the pool. Sad because the other things check the boxes for a repeat stay, but I wouldn’t put up with that again. Hopefully that stuff gets addressed.
