the food options were super limited, like i it was so hard so find something because there werent much options. also the people wake up at 5 am to put their towells on the chairs, there were never chairs around the pool it was impossible dont know why they allow that. i felt like i was in hell, basically only the ocean was beautiful.

Hotel is very nice. The amenities are excellent and the rooms are very nice. There is however issues with the lobby area. There is like a noticeable sewage smell throughout the hotel. There also seems to be no AC in the lobby. It was extremely hot. Keep in mind there are bars and food spots in the lobby so eating and drinking while being hot doesn’t mix. Other than that the pool rooms and all the inclusive are amazing.

I liked the food, wait staff and pools. Housekeeping kept our room clean but did not restock washcloths, hand towels and coffee on most days. Had to ask for them and then sometimes didn’t get them.
