The hotel over all is ok! Buffet food could of been better. Drinks were good. Steak restaurant was good. Italian was very good. Rooms were a bit outdated. Hot water took forever to heat up and water pressure was all over the place. In the shower it was low pressure. In the sink it was to high and water got everywhere. Bed was comfy, pillows were not. Cleanliness was good. What made this hotel better than what it is, was definitely the staff from start to end! Vicente, Felipe, Pablo, Jose & Alex! very unforgettable members and definitely miss them already!

Amazing hotel...The food and the drinks are delicious... Amazing staff!! Julia e Mariano are so kind and helpful... I'm really happy with my vacation in this hotel! My only one concern is about the beach. Actually don't have beach... and have a lot of seaweeds so the smell was pretty bad.

This resort is right in Playa, which is one reason we picked it. The big problem is the beach is washed away, and seaweed piles up and stinks. The hotel made no effort to remove it. There is a small usable public beach by the dock with a bar, loungers, and restrooms. The food was better than average for an all-inclusive, except the lunch buffet. Much better was a little quick bites shop behind the lobby bar with fruit cups and pre-made sandwiches. Also, there is a little pizza counter next to the pool. Not as good as pizza in the states, but the best pizza we've in Mexico. There is no dinner buffet so you need to reserve every time. Brassas had a decent fillet and a good selection, plus a nice salad bar. The Mexican restaurant was passable. The Italian is the busiest, and you might be able to get into the International without a reservation. The wifi never failed, and was easy to connect to. The hotel was reasonably clean and well cared for, and the room was bigger than average, with a balcony. The hotel takes up almost all the land space, and it is spread out, so it's a long trek down the hallway if you have an outlying room. This also means there is very little green space. There is a large pool, with one end being the loud end. And there is a hidden away tranquil pool near the sushi restaurant, with a hot tub and seating area farther up the stairs. If you can live without a big beach, this is a very nice resort with friendly staff and decent food.

2nd time staying there, enjoyed everything, The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was sad to see so much beach was gone from the last time I was there. Hopefully that can get restored.

Mi esposo y yo estuvimos una semana completa en el hotel y desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos la atencion fue excelente. Desde que nos recibieron antes de llegar a recepción hasta que nos despidieron en el taxi. Sentimos que nos despediamos de nuestra familia. Definitivamente recomiendo el hotel no solo por la comidad de estar cerca de muchas cosas sino por su hospitalidad, servicio al cliente, la comida y bebida y las actividades. Sin duda alguna volveremos cuando se vuelva a dar una oportunidad.

Everything was great. The views and location. The only complaint was the beach. Which wasn’t their fault. Everything else was amazing! Walking distance to restaurant and shopping. Pool was very nice too. Drinks were good but seemed a bit watered down. Would definitely come back. I hope they can fix the beach!
