Staff was very friendly and helpful. Service was very good and facility is in a convenient location. There was a soft sale on the hotel chain, which I did not care for, but was nothing compared to timeshare type sales pitches I’ve experienced in the past. Nighttime “entertainment” was ‘eh’, but overall had a very nice time.

I enjoyed the property,but they ran out of several alcohols daily. The grounds were nice but, the beach, what they had of it was at the opposite end of the resort and very hard to get to or to find.

Pleasantly surprised!
Went with some friends to getaway from the cold. Wasn’t sure what to expect as we knew the place was smaller and the price was inexpensive. We were pleasantly surprised. We had a great time. Air condition broke first night but they went above and beyond to fix it and made sure we were comfortable. Everyone around was friendly. Food was better than expected. Entertainment during the day at the pool was great. Beach/water is rocky and shallow but still able to go in to cool off. Right off 5th ave which was great for a chance of pace/scenery without needing to go far. Overall very pleasant experience!

The food was excellent. Reservations for the resturants was an easy process. My friends loved the sushi. The pool by the sushi was quiet and relaxing. The main pool was fun and the staff was quick to bring a cold drink.

Love, love, loved the staff, the resort, the shows, the restaurants... Fabulous winter vacation! Only downer was that the beach was very small and extremely rocky. Otherwise, we felt like royalty!
