Hotel was nice but not so much different for any other all inclusive hotels i was expecting more for the price food was really good all the pools including tourquize side extremely cold not all the drinks included even when i aks that question they said yes at check in but vip side not all of it was the pool area and beach they have this cabins tipe shades that block most of the pools side they rent for 169 dollars was ridiculous to me spa prices where out of this world service was outstanding other than that very nice hotel but expecting more for the price paid .

We’ve been to many high-end Caribbean resorts with our kids and this has been the best vacation ever. The place is breathtaking, the food is incredible, the people are incredibly friendly and helpful. My kids had an amazing time swimming with dolphins and the girls at the Kids Club made sure to entertain them very well. Nightly shows are also amazing. No complaints about this slice of paradise! We will be back at the end of the year and we are already counting down the days until we return.

This was a great resort! Food was good. Staff was great. The rooms were cleaned and staff on top of it. I've been to Cancun four times there were no issues or anything to knit pick about this time!!! Nice place.....get the swim out room totally worth it!!

I really liked three resort, in general. Didn't like how they immediately tried to sell me an exclusive room from the second we stepped in. Food for the most part was good for an all inclusive resort. Beautiful scenery and beaches, service for the most part was great, met some very nice people there. Overall great experience, I'm just not sure if an all inclusive resort is for me since I'm very critical of food.
