Loved the whole experience at Hyatt Ziva. The front desk was very accommodating given our flight delays both at start and end. All staff were very polite, even on Christmas day when they were working instead of being with their family. Would love to go back.

This is our second time at the Hyatt Ziva. This time was even better than the first! The food was out of this world, lobster on Christmas Day at the pool bar!! And the margarita and oyster carts that were around the pool during the day, just amazing. High end drinks too. The kids love the candy shop, it’s almost like out of a movie. The gym is massive, the bike path just out of the hotel is a great place to run or walk to stay active. The staff were all amazing, very attentive and helpful. Now that the kids club stays open in the evenings, we had an opportunity to go to dinners together on occasion. We can’t wait to come back! Also rent the cabanas, so worth it!

My last visit to this hotel was disappointing. It was dirty, noisy, with random construction, and the food was unhygienic, causing sickness. Unlike previous visits, staff pushed paid activities and spa ads instead of helping guests. Even pool and beach seats required extra payment—ridiculous!

It was an excellent experience. Our butlers- Marie and Natalie were very helpful and made our stay enjoyable. They went out of their way to decorate our room with rose petals on our Anniversary. This was just a great resort....they have every detail covered. We've been to Cancun a number of times, and this was probably my favorite resort....they have everything you could want in a resort, and service from everyone was just great! Location is perfect as well!
