we have 5 reservations at the hotel, all names were added to the check in reservation, except a guest who was arriving on 09/01-09-03 . The guest was added to the reservation, on AMEX platinum, THE STAFF SECURITY FRONT DESK TREATED ME LIKE A CRIMINAL, so much so i made a new reservation, paying double, so MY GF could stay. So i paid a new reservation, having added her to o=my reservation with confirmation, I understand the politics of no outside guests etc etc. SO i made sure she was on my reservation. they don't care. Its pay me more Or I don't give a F attitude!'

It is a beautiful property the staff does a great job entertaining and making sure guest are comfortable. I love it here the only thing that I would like to see change for future visits are the elevators are slow and hot. People try to cram in and it takes forever to get to the restaurants and lobby. I personally would like to have access to stair and walk down because I am healthy enough to do so. I also would like to adjust the climate. Our room was so cold at night that I woke up stuffy each day. Otherwise, everything else was perfect and we enjoyed the vacation. Kudos to the chef in the steakhouse and all of the restaurants on the grounds. The food was amazing!!!

stayed here last year. it was so amazing i came back. room service takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour for food delivery. ate at cloud 9, OMG what an experience!! i had a massage on my second day. it was so fabulous i got another one on my fourth day. Olga and Eva are great with their hands.

There property was well kept in general. The room was clean and tidy. The one thing that was a very negative to me was while showering I looked and there was a extremely long strands of hair that was stuck to the shower wall which lets me know the over worked room cleaning was moving too fast to properly clean the wall. Another negative was the food especially in the Steak House. My steak was warm at best which was probably a result of it sitting around before the server brought it to me. It was bland as well. Almost made me want to use steak sauce which I never do on steak. The food around the pool was much better. It was hot and fresh. Room service food lacked good temperature as well. Warm may be an over statement. If you are focused on drinks I guess this is the resort property for you. I am not a drinker so I focus on other parts of my trip. In addition if you want to enjoy the beach and the pool you will need to get out by 7AM to save yourself a spot. Beach and pool seats are extremely limited and that is something that I did not like. I don't want to be on vacation and put myself of a clock just to enjoy the beach or the pool. The resort have more guest than pool and beach seats. The resort remined me more of a cruise ship. I now know that CHIC in actuality means small which is okay. This resort is adults only and geared to 20-30 somethings. It is not over run with parties and loud music.

It takes a long time to check in but I believe it is worth it. The staff explains all features and extra service like excursions. But I was given 3 cocktails while I checked in. Still this place is sooo worth it. Beautiful inside and out.
