We truly regret some details have affected your overall experience. We would like to tell you that restaurant reservations are only required for dinners. You can make these requests through different means. You can call the direct assistance line or through our official app. Please keep in mind that restaurant reservations are intended to control the number of people who access. This, among many other things, helps us to take care of the gastronomic experiences offered by our restaurants as well as helping us to provide a more personalized service. On the other hand, it is important to mention that our guests are always warned about the care they must have when entering the sea. Every day our lifeguard team places signs that indicate the degree of caution with which you can access the sea, as factors such as weather and wind can vary drastically from one day to the next. Unfortunately, some people ignore these indications, putting their lives at risk. Our team will always provide attention and service to anyone who needs it, since the beach area is freely accessible, so not only guests can access it.
