I loved my experience at Paradisus! All of the staff was so helpful and accommodating, especially Miguel, Jennifer and Caesar in the Bldg 5 Reserve area. The resort is quiet and serene. If you are looking to relax this is the place. A quick taxi or bus ride gets you to the party area so I highly recommend this spot. The room with two beds are two FULL size beds not queen size. Be aware that if you share this room the shower is exposed to the rest of the room. There is a curtain but you can still see the silhouette. My friends and I are going back next year because we loved it so much!

This hotel is extremely hot in the main areas and in the rooms. The property itself is beautiful except the mold and cracks growing around the pool. Although it’s all-inclusive we were not able to get reservations at all the restaurants and we were there 6 days. They give the Reserve guests priority with reservations and those who have timeshares. They will have someone walk you around when you arrive for a tour and tell you they will get your reservations for you. Note they will consistently try to get you to sit through a timeshare presentation for cabanas by the pool or beach which are $200 to rent. It’s difficult to get chairs bu the pool unless you are down there by 7 am to put your things on the chairs to claim. The beach is gorgeous but the rip tide is terrible and it’s too dangerous to swim. The lifeguards had to pull 8 people out that we witnessed while we were there. The staff was really nice and the food was better than a lot of the resorts we have stayed at but the AC issues do not make this place worth it. I would never book here again.

You can make these requests through different means. You can call the direct assistance line or through our official app. Please keep in mind that restaurant reservations are intended to control the number of people who access. This, among many other things, helps us to take care of the gastronomic experiences offered by our restaurants as well as helping us to provide a more personalized service. On the other hand, it is important to mention that our guests are always warned about the care they must have when entering the sea. Every day our lifeguard team places signs that indicate the degree of caution with which you can access the sea, as factors such as weather and wind can vary drastically from one day to the next. Unfortunately, some people ignore these indications, putting their lives at risk. Our team will always provide attention and service to anyone who needs it, since the beach area is freely accessible, so not only guests can access it. We are sorry that this has been your perspective of the services that our hotel offers. A.C. Didn’t work in the first 2 room’s they put us in, and the power outlet’s didn’t work either. The lamp zapped me and there employee. After the 2nd room they upgraded us and that room was nice and the A.C. Worked good. Otherwise I liked the hotel.. basically if they would of given us the 3rd room first, I would of been pretty happy..

They should add some international food items like few Indian dishes. Jennifer who reserved our dining DID NOT communicate properly. Very poor communication. Restaurant staff excellent. Cleaning lady excellent. We will visit again as we liked cancun
