I liked many things, but first and foremost, the staff at this property is AWESOME. Can't say enough great things about them. They are ALL GREAT!!!! Food: GREAT options. During the day you have many convenient options for food: Taco bar, ice cream/donut/pretzel bar, burger/hot dog truck, coffee bar with delicious coffee and healthy options, or you can go into the buffet and get a plate to go! Dinner you have a few restaurants PLUS buffet, which has MANY options!! Property: Clean, beautiful, great pool and beach set up for tanning or just relaxing, and 3 bars - one at pool, one at beach, one in lobby. Location: 10/15 min walk to nice, big mall. Can take the bus for 12 pesos/1 USD, but it's not a bad walk! Convenience store on the way for snacks and drinks! The two issues I had: First one a big one for me....we PAID for Ocean view premium suite with balcony. We got there and had the premium suite ocean view with NO balcony for us. They told me I could have one the next day so had to pack all my things the next day by noon and hand in keys and then come back at 3pm for a new room. Of course wasn't ready at 3pm so by 330pm got our new room. The new room was still considered a premium suite because same floor, was a smaller room, had a balcony but only partial ocean front. This was frustrating because I paid for a specific type of room and did not get it. Second - some wifi issues. For the most part worked, but was frustrating at times.

Great place to vacation! My only complaint is that they don’t start serving alcohol until 11 am. I understand it’s family friendly but some of us like our mimosas while enjoying the amazing food they provide!! I’d definitely stay again!!

I liked a lot of my stay and the staff was amazing, had a waiter named Alfredo that made each day better than the last. I did not like that the ocean is not as advertised. Instead of a crystal clear ocean like pictured we got a dark seaweed infested nightmare.

Room was not ready on time room accom not as requested in reservations we payed for king got two full beds personal items missing from room and lugage was searched constant presure to buy timeshare and restaurants had no room for guest which resulted in 2 to 3 hr waiting lists for diner trully disappointing experience
