Spacious and clean room. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed for 5 of us. Very nice pool and spa. Room had frig, microwave, and coffee maker and we used them all. Breakfast was solid and offered make your own pancakes using a clever machine. Could have used more towels in the room since there were 5 of us but a quick trip to the front desk got us more. Many restaurants close by and the hotel is close to the Living Desert Zoo. About a 40 minute drive to the caverns from the hotel.

Pool unavailable

Cons: You're communication and timely call back!
This is the second review I've written with no response from you. When I arrived, the pool was unavailable. Since I was traveling with kids, this was a crucial bit of information that would have determined my stay. I was told by the front desk person that she could not cancel my reservation and I would need to contact Travelocity. I tried to manage this from my cell phone but was unable to. I called the number provided on the Travelocity itinerary. I was told by automation response that there was a 2 hour wait and I could leave my number and reservation number and someone would call me back. Since it was late in the afternoon, I went back to hotel and asked to speak with a manager. Fortunately she was able to cancel my reservation die to the misunderstanding but she insisted that Travelocity was told of the inconvenience of the pool YOU should have told me when booking the reservation. I was not called back within 2 hours instead it was 10 hours and at 1:45 am!!!! RIDICULOUS! I will not use Travelocity again to book my travel!
