Hotel itself was fine. Parking is a hassle, you have to use public parking garages and when leaving the validation ticket didn’t work so we ended up paying with our credit card. Room service order took an hour and was cold/inedible so we had to have it taken off our bill. We won’t stay there again.

No valet parking....I was in a rush to get to a show. They just pointed and said i needed to go across the street. I had to pay twice. for EVENT parking and then for overnight. NO one told me. Room was smoky and we had to change. In any case, it was not a good experience for Cedar rapids premier hotel.

Hello James, We are a fully non-smoking hotel. If you can let me know additional information so I can check the room and adjust your double billing on the parking, I will take care of that. We went to see a show at The McGrath amphitheater, was close enough to walk to. They had a very nice restaurant atop the hotel. The only thing missing was a hair dryer in the hotel room
