It's nice. Considering it is surrounded by a sea of concrete and roads. I would like to see more trees and garden scapes and seating around the property. I have not extensively scoped it yet

Loved Sunday brunch available long hours and restaurant staff and housekeeping staff, hotel and casino staffs were pleasant… gave us with friendly greetings. What we noticed that we smelled cigarette smoke in non-smoking area every we were… the past three visits to the casino.

Wasn’t happy given a handicap room when we did not request one. Lady at desk said this is what you get when you book third party. Checked in at 4 o’clock and was told no other room was available!

Arrived at 4:00 pm after a long drive and was advised that room was not available. When I complained, young woman at desk became defensive and argumentative. Facility was fine after we were finally allowed to check in.

Clean hotel, easy self parking (valet was closed), Ruthie’s was great food just really, really slow service as they seemed understaffed, Casino was alot of fun - only reason I didn’t a top rating is that the bed sucked - they have the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in.
