When trying to check in they did not have the reservation in their computer. Took me forever to convince the guy and show him the receipt so I can get a room. The outside was partially plowed but not salted and it was very icy and slippery for guests. But the rooms were wonderful.

Never again!
Bed looked and smelled like it had been slept in. Bed frame was turned around so the part that should be against the wall was the foot of the bed leading to bruised shins. When I asked for a different room I was told that they were all the same. Never will I stay there again!

Our room was disgusting. We only stayed for an hour and drove to Des Moines to stay somewhere else. When you first walked into our room the ceiling had water damage with dry wall falling off and cracks. Our bathtub had black stuff in it. And our room came with a jacuzzi tub. We filled it up with some soap and ran the jets to make sure it was clean before using it. We unplugged it and it barely drained, after 30 minutes of letting it drain, we were left with a sea of yellow chunks that looked like dead skin and pubic hair ... at that point we packed up and left. I'm sure we would have gotten bed bugs if we would've stayed.
