Flight Review

I wish my bag hadn't been left in copehagen after my connection.

Aug 28, 2019

I was not aware that one had to buy every item of food. First time ever on a 7-hour flight. But the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Aug 12, 2019

Staff nice and helpful. Seats rather tight. Food was ok

Oct 6, 2018

Great light. Will fly with the company again!

Aug 17, 2018

Very cramped seating with box under 22B Seat would not go back at all.

Jul 21, 2018

Best flying experience ever!!!

Jun 20, 2018

I was running late arriving at the airport and security helped me through boarding and the flight crew was very kind and friendly

Apr 17, 2018

Older plane, paid extra for legroom, but seats were still cramped.

Apr 2, 2018

Cushioned seats made the plane a little cramped. Screens in front of every seat. Not a personal preference, but my brother loved it. Other than that, though, everybody was nice and respectful and the food was amazing.

How to get through airport security fast when traveling to Düsseldorf

These handy hints and tips about airport security procedures will save you lots of time and energy on your journey to Düsseldorf:

  • Keep your boarding pass and travel ID in an easily accessible place. They'll be the first things you'll be asked to produce by airport security personnel.
  • Bear in mind that belts with metal buckles can set off the body scanner's alarms. If you're wearing one, you may be instructed to step back and take it off before moving on.
  • All laptops must be taken out of their protective carriers and placed in a tub prior to being X-rayed.
  • When you approach the security checkpoint, you'll be asked to place all creams, gels and liquids in a separate tray for scanning. Make sure they're all packed in containers no larger than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) and sealed in a clear zip-lock bag.
  • Security personnel may ask you to take off your shoes before entering the body scanner. Pick a pair that slip off easily. There's nothing more tiresome than having to do your laces up over and over again.
  • Some places have stringent biosecurity laws. Think about where you're off to and whether or not you're permitted to travel with unpackaged foods.
