It's very nice! The only thing I didn't like was the was the direct TV. Nothing to watch, no on demand features.

centrally located but needs a few zero waste tips

Pros: Friendly staff. Central location for us. Comfortable room Swimming pool (a little less chlorine please) Entrance room is pleasant Water at front
Cons: Be more zero waste, information under experience. Less disposables. No Kuerigs
I enjoyed stay but dismayed by some disposables. what they did right: -glass glasses for water at hydration station in front - really nice -most of restaurant good, cloth napkins, real dishes. -Green hotel incentive, towels on bars do not replace, on floor is message to replace. Unfortunately, all of ours were replaced. Message good, educate visitor and staff. What needs working on. -Only disposable cups in rooms and at coffee station in morning. -coffee through those plastic containers kuerig disposals. I heard even the inventor regrets his invention. He should, single use plastics is a scourge and lasts hundreds of years. Also, I personally do not drink this kind of coffee, plastic and acidic drinks have been known to mix together. there is information on greening hotels available in many places.

All I wanted was a hot tub

I only reserve a hotel with a hot tub so was extremely disappointed that the spa was closed for some reason (might have to do with the cloudy water in there). I wouldn't have reserved here if I had known.

Dated hotel

The hotel could handle a remodel. There is a mildew smell throughout even in our room. Before we packed and checked out hours before checkout time we walked next door to eat, upon our return our room door was propped open and the cleaning lady said we couldn't enter that we were no longer guests. We went to the front desk and had to have them clear up this matter that we still had hours before we needed to check out. We were finally able to retrieve our luggage. We will not return here. We have located another hotel we will try next time.

Wonderful Experience!!

We had several family members from several states come together at this hotel. The accommodations were terrific! The staff was amazing; the friendliest I've ever experienced. Truthfully! Every employee there said Good Morning as they passed by, asked if we needed anything, and helped us arrange breakfasts! We used the lobby areas big dining table to eat and play games in front of the beautiful fireplace! This hotel and staff helped make our trip so much fun!! Rooms were spotless!!! Thank you so very much!!
