The first thing I see when I come in the lobby is the staff looking at their cellphone and eating popcorn at the checkin counter. Like she was at home! Right at the counter, large bag of popcorn while they check out their social media. Did not put it away as she tried to check me in. Very noisy all night! Guest above us must have been having a wrestling match going on in their room. Ridiculous commotion all night. They made us sign party waiver as though we were little kids, and held money on my card because of these waivers. Not a good look from Hilton! Been here before, but I’m not sure I’ll be coming back.
