This is place is run by students that don’t care. I waited 10 min in the front desk becouse the clerk was on the phone but wouldn’t even acknowledge me or make eye contact to tell me hold on or something, when I asked him for his name he would not give it me and told me if I had a complaint to go to website and file a complaint. SMH

very conveniently located in middle of campus, which we needed for this trip. Easy dining, starbucks right inside on the same floor, places to sit and lounge and work if needed. The room was comfortable, quiet, updated, really nice all around. Great friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.
