Regular guest - although nothing wrong per se with any of the rooms, some are 'better' than others eg a bigger TV, a newer kettle, slightly different layout - not as obvious as refurbed/non-refurbed, mix n match luck of the draw - all rooms to a decent standard however so not a criticism just candour - Good value for money.

Will defo be back again
Great stay. Comfortable and clean. Had a clean and spacious room, travel cot ready for the baby which had a mattress for comfort too. Only comments would be that the shower nobs are in need of repair and there could have been a sheet out on baby mattress. Luckily there was an extra bed so we just put the sheet off that in the baby’s cot. Staff lovely, friendly and helpful, quiet for a service station hotel and in an ideal spot for us visiting family locally

Great experience. Nice clean hotel. Only problem was the water in the shower was scarce, very low pressure. had to wash off the shower gel with very feint drips of water, took a while and almost led to missing the 11am checkout

The staff were helpful and quick to respond. I had a problem where a previous room occupant had "illegally" smoked, leaving a stale tobacco smell. The hotel was full but I was given a very effective spray to use and after a few applications the smell had gone. I slept like a log.
