Perfect Location in the lower level of our new construction home with lots of natural light! Our home was built to provide sound proof living. A well stocked kitchen with granite counters and new stainless appliances. It is spacious and comfortable and sound proof! A picnic area with Pikes Peak views! 2 Queen Beds, washer and dryer. All bedding and towels are quality to enhance the comfort of your stay. An electric fireplace with different settings to enjoy a cozy evening .
