Booked a stay for two nights (Fri & Sat). Our flight was delayed Fri night, so we weren't able to arrive until Saturday. Upon arrival, I was "greeted" by a man that seemed as if he was inconvenienced to be doing his job. I asked to check-in to our room and was giving a "ROOM WONT BE READY UNTIL 3p!" response. I explained that we actually had already prepaid for the prior evening's room and had flight delays. To my understanding, my room should have been vacant and available 24 hours before this...yet, it still wasn't ready? The front desk agent literally yelled at me and said once again, "IT WON'T BE READY UNTIL 3P". It was 10a and snowing outside. Where were me and my wife supposed to go for FIVE HOURS to wait with all our luggage? The property's lobby was filthy and staff's attitudes were absolutely unacceptable. Needless to say, we were forced to check-in another hotel because of these issues and pay out-of-pocket for another night. I DEMAND A REFUND for this property, immediately. I have never been treated so heinously when simplying trying to explain my situation. Especially after paying good money ahead of time! Please, immediately fire your weekend lobby staff. I await my refund in full. Thank you.
