The hotel was clean, breakfast was ok. It was basically average. The hotel is in the mountains, but the property is in a cramped location surrounded by other things. They have maintenance issues that need to be addressed. One of the plug outlets in the bathroom needs fixing. The heat didn't work. The bathroom shower dripped. They don't offer housekeeping everyday unless you ask, but they failed to tell us that and we were expecting it. They claim they just do it every three days, something new they just started. It was neat and clean, but had issues.

While the hotel was clean, the beds were uncomfortable. This hotel may be on the newer side, however, it is not well built. The gentleman in the next room coughed most of the night and it sounded as though he was standing at the end of our bed.

Overall, a good experience.

The staff was very friendly.  The room was clean and certainly met our needs for the night we were in town for a wedding.  The only gripe I have is about house keeping waking me up at 8:15 am.  (Granted, we didn't hang the do not disturb sign)  If checkout time is 11, why would you even try to clean the room earlier?  and I will chalk up the repeat wakeup at 10:00 am as preventable since I could have hung the sign on the door when I was awake at 8... That being said, the staff really wants to clean the rooms!  There are many problems worse than this :)

Quick and easy registration

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet
I felt that the cost for the room was high for what appeared to be an average room. The room had a "worn" appearance. A side door was not working and so had to walk in the rain from the parking lot to the front entrance.
