I was very disappointed in the Quality Inn. It was terrible. The room was small and I’m not sure our room was cleaned besides changing linens. The floor was dirty and the only chair in the room was torn. No place to set our luggage. Our room was on the second floor. There was no elevator and at the top of the steps was a broken ac unit and a broken vanity. The walkway was dirty with coke bottles and cigarette buts, very unkept. Folks that are traveling and wanting a clean and comfortable place to stay don’t deserve a place like that. Unfortunately there were no other hotel rooms available for us to go to in the area. On the up side the front desk staff was friendly. I had to ask for towels and some cups for our room and they were prompt to get them. For what we paid I don’t think we will be staying there again or with Quality Inn.

The receptionist treats the lobby like it’s her home with Amazon packages everywhere, food everywhere, random pictures of people on the wall. It was weird. I was loaded the wrong key and she gave me a key to a room that was occupied which we didn’t know until we opened the door and there was people in the beds. (Glad we didn’t get shot) The hotel looks great online but when you get there it’s a mess. We had to park illegally due to both parking lots being slam packed. There were people in and out and half of them I’m sure were not staying. I really don’t know how to describe it… The receptionist lived there which obviously I understand you do what you have to but her kids would bust out of the room into the parking lot and almost get hit and she would go crazy on them. It was literally a situation out of a movie. I called to complain to the actual company they said they would refund me and never did and it’s been a couple weeks. I will never go back here and I feel bad for anyone that thinks they are going somewhere nice and arrive to well… this 😣 Especially for the amount of money I paid.

The property was as expected. Some amenities were not available, due to Covid restrictions, such as the free breakfast and dining facilities. Otherwise my stay was very pleasant. Room was clean and well represented. ie, beds, TV, bath facilities and etc.
