Water was shut off during our stay. Not sure why. But not being able to use the toilet is not a good thing Rusty. Also when a client stated that the steak tips didn't taste right. They should not be told that they are good because you just got them in because they were on back order for 6 weeks. The client is always right Sherry. Also the menu should state that the steak tips are breaded and deep fried. We were expecting grilled steak for the price. Although the service was great and the burger was awesome.

We did have a problem with the well and were out of water for an hour. We spent the next 3 days hauling water to make sure that did not happen again. I am terribly sorry and unfortunately it was something we had no control over, but worked to fix immediately. As far as the steak tips, I was truly shocked they were not tasting good as I had just received them. It was not against you just purely surprised and needed to check into it. I'm sorry if it came across as anything other than that. This area is fairly known for steak tips and that is how they are prepared around here. I guess I forget that other parts of the country are not aware of that. Thank you for bringing that to my attention. We did receive the trays in the mail and thank you for the kind gift!
