For an older hotel… it was great! Husband was happy to be able to wash his bike with supplies the hotel provided! Talked with the staff and they were the greatest! Definitely will be back!

It was good except for the noise of foot steps of elephants upstairs and someone set the alarm for 12pm. Only got about 2hrs sleep.

The toilet would not flush. staff were aware of the problem, but it took them 2 1/2 days to fix the problem.

You are the individual that checked in and registered two guests and the third guest was waiting on the side of the building thinking you were getting away with sneaking a third guest into your room. Little did you know that we have security cameras everywhere. Also, you were the guest that used our new linens to clean your bikes when you were told that we have rags by all entrances to clean bikes. We had 3,500 bikes here before and during the rally and none used our linens to clean their bike. You came after the rally and still used our linens when we provide rags at all entrances. The toilet did flush and a plumber was called as soon as you said something. Have a wonderful day.

Had to go to another hotel because they refused my ESA/Service fog. They dont understand that a ESA animal is in the description of a service dog

The staff was so friendly and helpful. By how the hotel looked and was kept you could see they cared about what they were doing. The room was great, it was clean, everything worked, and we never needed to contact the staff for anything. Great breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay!
