Absolutely not ideal, to say the least. To begin with, when I arrived, I was told -with no apology whatsoever- that they "didn't have the type of room I booked available, so I'd been moved to a different type." What that actually translated to was that I'd been downgraded. I'm aware that this happens, but I had to pay at the time of my reservation, so how do they not have a room I've already PAID for available? The desk clerk seemed to think she was doing me a favor simply by having a room for me, but, again, I'd ALREADY PAID for it, so she went on to say they were "refunding the difference". So far, there is no sign of a refund. It got worse. I went up to the room that I was assigned and walked in on the current occupant using the bathroom with the door half open. Can't blame them - I doubt they were expecting a surprise roommate. When I returned to the front desk - admittedly upset- the clerk ARGUED with me about whether or not the room was occupied because her "computer says it is vacant". When I repeated for the THIRD time that it was definitely occupied, she became visibly annoyed and assigned me another room.

The property itself was fine. There were definitely some things that needed attention around the pool area and there were peole that were clearly not staying there roaming around. My main gripe is that the website clearly states that there is room service and they do not have it. I was there for a staycation with my son who really wanted to hang out and order room service which besides the pool is the reason we chose this particular hotel. He was very disappointed.

The gentleman that checked us in was rude and unhelpful. Did not review anything that the lady checking others in,reviewed, ie breakfast times, pool info, etc. The ac in one of our rooms was so loud it was difficult to sleep and the room was barely cooler than outdoors. The bottom bed sheet didnt even go to the end of the bed. Bathroom fixtures a rusty and dont look clean. Not a great place to stay.

Nice property. Facilities were all clean as was the room. Swimming pool was too warm for us. One of the treadmills was not working. Trash receptacles were full over the weekend and weren’t emptied.

This was a Very big disappointment staying here. We did not get the room I paid for and when we walked in the room the tv was on the remote was on the bed 3 out of 4 lights were on the chair to their desk was rolled out The bathroom was missing the amenities the toilet paper was hanging down almost to the floor the Dnd tag was on the door stopper on the side of the wall not the back of the door and the worst part the AC did not work! as if who ever the Housekeeping Manager or Inspector is did not Inspect this room. I know first hand about this Because I am a housekeeping Manager In my home town and I expected more especially for the price we paid, lets hope The breakfast buffett we paid for is at least work it! The outside patio and pool and Bistro look very nice tho and The view from the 6th floor is great. They offer a church service on sunday mornings and I love that. Hilton step it up!!!!

I enjoyed the property, it was clean and the rooms where nice ! How ever Travelocity didn’t inform the from office about our booking for the room so it was horrible we had to wait almost 2 hours to get our room
