This property is very out dated, we had to move rooms because AC did not work. So they put us in a Handicap room. What a romantic stay for my wife and I

Handicap room was borderline inaccessible. Too small, inefficient, terrible accommodations. Was told a microwave would be available for the room, but by the time we checked in all of them had been taken by a hockey team. Will never return, and will not recommend this hotel to anyone in the future.

It was convenient to the 1st Bank Center. /the staff was friendly and helpful. There is construction at the front of hotel. But the grounds need to be cleaned up (leaves and trash) in parking lot. The bathroom was small and under the sink repairs need to be done. The hot water was too hot. I burnt myself a couple of times.

Clean room and comfortable bed. In nice quite area. Only problem we ran into: we had been in the car all day, looking forward to the swimming pool. It was closed/ not working. Went went a gentleman in the shuttle to 2 different locations before we got to the pool...so in the car an extra 40 minutes las 2 different people at the desk gave the driver and us 2 different locations, so took awhile to figure out where the reciprocal pool was actually located. We give them a second chance, but need to get the pool working again.

Room we were given smelled like mildew, or like an old Motel. The site is undergoing renovation therefore certain amenities were not available such as the pool.

Could not leave our small dog in room while we went to eat,against the rules. I guess they are concerned of barking which mine does not do. But while we were there they had a large motorcycle club stay. Very loud all night. The hotel is really not pet friendly

Hotel was nice & clean but was given a room with broken A/c room was Super Hot and uncomfortable called front desk and asked to be moved to other room and was just blown off . Definitely will Not be back ...Super HOT!!!
