The shower was the best part - including the bathroom amenities. Other than that, this was perhaps the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. I am surprised that this hotel is rated so highly for service considering the lack of service we received during our stay. When I booked the vacation, I specifically requested a room with any view. Instead, what I got was quite the opposite. I opened the curtains to a completely obstructed view of another building. No view of mountains or the city - just a basic white building. The stay pretty much went downhill from there. They bellhop took almost an hour to bring up my luggage. The mile high breakfast was good - dinner not so much. The hotel staff also locked my dinner in the mini bar since they shut down access after my card evidently was put on hold by my bank (due to travel restrictions). As soon as I resolved the issue, the mini bar was still locked, and I could not retrieve my leftovers from a nearby restaurant. I asked for 3 complimentary newspapers - I only received 1. The staff here has virtually no attention to detail nor any sense of of urgency. Between the atrocious view and piss poor service I experienced, I would not recommend my biggest enemy to stay at the Four Seasons in Denver.

Friendliest staff in Denver!

Pros: Everything!
Cons: N/A
Location: Great location downtown with walk to convenience of stores, convention center, great restaurants.
Everyone at this hotel was "off the charts" friendly and went out of their way to help. The bellman were always asking how they could help, handing you water, being friendly, would drive you around town in the hotel car, recommend great restaurants. We left feeling sad we had to leave our new friends! Spa was great! Had a facial and nails done and loved every minute. First day we were there I was sick and when my boyfriend went to the Edge restaurant the waitress sent up water, tea, honey and a get well kit. So very warm and caring! Loved the hotel, loved the staff, food, spa. This hotel is a class act!!

Four Seasons Denver is elegant, upscale, and has a marvelous bar and Edge Restaurant. The SPA is wonderful. A few service flaws to work out.

This hotel provides an extremely high level of service

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet, spa is wonderful
We loved this hotel. The location is perfect and the service is exceptional - just what you would expect from a Four Seasons. I would absolutely return and can't imagine a better experience.

We felt very comfortable at this Hotel

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Our room was beautiful, especially the restroom. The restuarants were outstanding. The only regret we have was we ran out of time to be able to utilize the spa.

Everyone knew my name

Pros: service
Cons: No free Internet
The hotel is nice, staff courteous and helpful, and the atmosphere was excellent. I chose this hotel based on proximity to my morning meeting, but would return for the comfort and service.
