Nice hotel and service in general
As an Asian staying in this hotel, the room size is very big as compared to those I have in my own country. The bathroom is also nice. The bed was soft and large. Staff is generally very helpful, but some guests might not be used to the confidence Americans have themselves and could possibly misunderstood it as arrogance or bad service. But, staff I encountered in this hotel is really helpful. The only dark side of this hotel is the less responsive key reader in one of the elevator and the non-adjustable in room conditioner.

The hotel is dirty and outdated and the rooms are tiny as well as the bathrooms. The valet parking is $50 a day and they park the cars down the street where you can pay $20 a day instead… robbery.

FYI.. not able to control your thermostat!
Worst hotel stay ever! They should inform guest that YOU CANNOT CONTROL YOUR OWN THERMOSTAT! I was given a room with no heat in late January in Denver Colorado!!! I kept turning up the thermostat but nothing was happening…couldn’t get any sleep! Finally, I called the front desk and was advised that I would have to wait until maintenance came in to adjust the heat! What type of establishment is this!!! I’m still wondering how I was offered another room (only after complaining to the customer service hotline) if the whole building is that way! So now I’m wondering if they knew the heat was already not working in this particular room because how could you offer me another one? Make it make sense! The service was horrible from Ryan and other staff at the front desk! I would never ever stay here again!!! I checked out early the next morning. Of course they refused to give me refund after freezing in 29 degrees (in my room) all night!
