Smell - combination of cigarettes and mold. Toilet did not work properly. Should have known with plunger next to toilet. Back entrance door did not have working security key lock. Door open 24/7. Shower leaked, with ceiling stipple falling down. Room 324 with pictures to back up statements. Many more than characters allow.

Being in rm 201, you heard the laundry rm underneath. I asked 4 different times to break a $100 bill & they couldn't do it. Don't use cheese-whiz in the eggs, use real cheese. The handmade waffles were good. The stairway needed to be vacuumed.

Had a lot of trouble getting into a room. The first room they gave us wasn’t cleaned yet so we had to ask for a different room which in turn they downgraded us to a queen room rather than the king that I booked. When we got to our room 20 min in, house keeping walked into our room. Then the morning of check out at 8:30am house keeping tried to come in again and told us we needed to check out, even though check out isn’t till 11:00. Frustrating stay, and all we got for our trouble was a free soda and a candy of our choice. Doesn’t seem like that good of a solution.
