Terrible experience at this property. We specifically chose this property after calling to ensure that the pool would remain open in the month of September during our planned stay. Somebody named either Damien or, possibly, Mark checked with the manager when I called and assured me that the pool would be open through the end of September. Since our group was staying September 21-September 27, we chose this hotel based on that confirmation. Well, the first thing I was told upon checking in is that the pool closed 3 days before and that the pool deck and bar would not be available during our stay. When I complained to the manager, she just repeated over and over, "I'm just so sorry." Well, I get that she couldn't exactly reopen the pool, but I don't think she was "just so sorry". I finally asked for some drink chits and was given 2 $11 drink chits for me and each of my friends. But the joke was on me...the cocktails at the bar started at $14, and Rick, the friendly bartender explained that w The remaining bar on the first floor of the hotel was also only open from 3-10 pm. Another disappointment, since our small group would have liked to hang out at the hotel bar a little later a couple of nights. We were not alone in the sentiment and several of the nights we were there, last call came as quite a shock to the bar crowd, driving them out of the hotel and a couple of blocks over onto the 16th street mall searching for a similarly friendly atmosphere.

Great location. It’s pretty evident they’re under construction. The parking garage had issues throughout the entire stay which made going in & out quite a headache. I booked this hotel weeks ago for 2 things, it’s location & the pool. It wasn’t until a few days before the trip they put out a notice saying the pool was closing for the season. “For the season”- so a predetermined date (not weather based, as it was tapping the 80’s all week) ….which you could of had posted up upon booking. This really crushed our trip. I would have rescheduled to somewhere else but this place was already a reschedule & didn’t want to risk issues so close the arrival. The elevators (which they had so many!) we’re very slow. The doors from the parking garage to the building varied between completely busted to now fixed but stuck causing you fight your way in. Which others must have also experienced so everyone just left the doors ajar defeating the entire point of the security feature.

The front desk was not very helpful and seemed annoyed with any questions. They also never pick up the phone. The facilities were very clean and updated.
