We ended up cancelling our reservation. It took 10 minutes of circling the building to be able to access the main entrance. Once we found the entrance we realized the area was not safe and I didn’t feel comfortable staying at tue hotel with my young son. Thankfully we were able to cancel our reservation and find a safer hotel.

I specifically asked the General manager to put the room on one card and the deposit on another. He somehow put the deposit on both cards and charged a card I didn’t even give them 5 days later without my consent. Sounds a little fraudulent to me. If you made a mistake then that’s your fault. You don’t get to take the money later without permission. Mostly because I was not the one paying for the room. I’m calling corporate. If it wasn’t for this I would’ve given 4 or 5 stars all around. Now I have to call corporate and my bank and deal with this. Not okay.
