The breakfast was above average. Facilities were below average. Phone did not work, keys stopped working, no washcloths, furniture in need of repair, plastic semi-taped down to carpet at elevators on our floor (trip hazard!) Needed to get back into room after checking out but desk personal could not program another key. Front desk man told us no refrigerator in room but there was. Small room.

Nice walking distance to Christkindl Market. Only downside was the shower in our room, the main shower head did not work and the hand-held wand did not have a bracket to hold it in place. The first time turning on the shower it turned into a wild water "snake".

Great location, but the rooms are VERY small. There are no dressers/drawers to put your clothes in. The water pressure was horrendous, and it took a while to take a shower. Worst part was our AC was broken, and they couldn't fix it. Would not stay here again.

I enjoyed that it was within walking distance of most everything downtown.

Overall our stay was nice. I'll give it a 5/5. Breakfast was GREAT. Lots of options. Parking was limited to valet, and was steep in my opinion at $45 per night. Outside the hotel was about as nice as it could get for Denver. The city wasn't the cleanest, and homeless could be seen almost everywhere, but there were fewer in this exact area. Our A/C wasn't working quite right in the room, but the room was clean. Hotel bar, fitness area, dining area were all 5 out of 5.
