Beautiful lobby area with waterfall features. Room was spacious, modern and quiet. Check in was difficult-.only one person working the ck in counter with LOTS of people parked and backed up in front of hotel and lobby. They were expecting a large number of people for events in and around the hotel so they should have had more staff on hand.

My autistic son was locked out of the room because his card would not work and management wouldn’t let him in because he had no ID on him. After a couple of hours they finally let him in. Also the advertise room service but don’t offer it. Finally there was half a roll of toilet paper in the room with no more in stock.

There isn't enough room to explain the number of things wrong with this place. Here's a taste, price of room is wrong as compared to our quote from you, mold in shower, toilet seat so loose I almost fell off, reservation messed up, initial check in to a uncleaned room, so loud on Saturday night couldn't sleep till midnight. . . .ect..

Have always loved Embassy Suites, however some of them really need updates! We had 4 rooms and 2 had no working bathroom fans. Coffee machine was left with used pods in them. Overall...breakfast was great and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect and grounds were beautifull!

the staff at this hotel were extremely wonderful. The lady at the front desk was great, the chef making omelets in the morning was also very friendly, and the gentleman at the front desk when checking out too. over and above.
