Property was dirty with trash and cigarette butts and chew cans all over the sidewalk. Inside was gross room floors not vacuumed and unfinished paint and patch jobs on the walls. Dead bolt didn't work. We were assigned a key to an occupied room and walked in on people. Then we're not left linen for the hide a bed and had to go all the way down to the desk to retrieve linen. Mold in the bath jets and hair in the bathtub. Overall not satisfied. And no apologies were given to us.

We had a balcony that had a broken lock which anyone could just come in because you can just step over from next one.

Our bedding was dirty. One has blood stains on it. The face towels had stains and were nasty. We requested to changed rooms. The second room was no better. Linen dirty and the room had holes in the walls. I cancel our stay

The service was terrible. The staff never had answers and the manager was never there. Breakfast was a joke (everything was out of order). It was stale bagels, fruit, and yogurt. The pool was closed when it was supposed to be open, and the walls weren't soundproof.

It snowed and the back entrances to the hotel were never plowed or salted the entire weekend. Rear parking area and sidewalks were not shoveled.

We had 2 rooms with 5 adults and 5 children. Front desk was very helpful to our needs with having a small B-day party and the next morning, letting us use the conference room for breakfast. Hotel cleaning staff considerate in getting extra towels and waiting to do rooms.
