Well I talked highly about you guys I took my mother 318 was the room the room smell like pee the carpet was very dirty juice stains on the floor shower look like it was not cleaned out of everything the pee smell in the room the AC barely work

Our room was not well maintained/cleaned. Tape on ceiling and some form of paint or nail polish of various colors all over the floor. Assuming from a children party from prior guest. Hole on wall behind door from knob hitting wall. Bathroom and bedding all appeared to be clean and attended to. No towels in the pool area. Hot tub water was a little sketchy and not clear. Some one had vomited a large amount in parking lot in front of the main entrance to the hotel. We left at 6am for an event and returned by 10am vomit still had not been cleaned. . Staff I encountered was very helpful and accommodating hotel just lacked in cleanliness.

Very comfortable bed. Good availability of charging outlets for devices. Bell from elevator was a little distracting at night. Peculiar “propane” like smell in elevator areas.

The bed was uncomfortable, I awoke with a sore back from the nonsupportive bed. The room thermostat was set at a certain temperature and wouldn't get any cooler (so the room was too hot for us). The staff gave us wrong information. They said the bar/restaurant closed at Midnight, when it actually closed at 1am. They also mentioned the breakfast buffet from 7am-9am....never mentioned that it was $12.50/plate! The food consisted of powdered scrabbled eggs sitting in a pool of water, hashbrowns that were steamed, dried out and zero flavor. Pre-made pancakes, waffles that were also steamed to keep warm (making them rubbery). I didn't even try the rest, the bacon looked under cooked. The worst part we weren't told that the buffet cost money until we were sitting eating it. There's a McDonald's across the street that offered better food for $6/plate.

Ok stay

Room was nice, front desk staff were very nice. Pool was cold and hot tub had mold and is clearly older. The staff at their restaurant were terrible! Had to ask for service at dinner nobody greeted us or even came to our table after sitting there for 15 minutes! We had to physically get up and ask the bartender to get us a server! Their breakfast staff were rude! The room was clean and lots of space. Bed was comfortable.

Sink sprayed out of the basin which sprayed onto my clothing and my girlfriends clothing when using sink. Room keys didn't always work had to get new key. Travelocity offered 15% discount but I never received it. I payed full amount and don't know how to inquire about a refund or credit.
