The employees were polite to me, but were arguing and being rude about a guest in front of me. Also, had to call/vist the desk 3 times for bedding for the sofa bed, when we checked in for 3 guests, with a king bed and sofa bed. And there was trash in the hallway when we arrived ( including a used feminine hygiene product and roomservice trays) that were still there when we checked out the next morning, more than 14 hours later. (Someone did pick up the maxi pad but left the rest of the trash that was right next to our door.

The front desk staffer was so welcoming and friendly. I believe her name was Dawn. It was shortly brfore midnight and i had arrived after missing a flight back home. Her kindness was refreshing after a long travel day.

We had a fine, one-night stay at this hotel. Comfortable beds, in-room refrigerator, plenty of electrical outlets at the desk and bedside, and lots of counter space in the bathroom. Great shuttle service to and from the airport. Sorry we never had time to use the indoor pool. We'd stay again.
