The reason we picked the hotel besides price was it had a pool however it was closed. The room said 2 double queen beds they were more like a full size. The building was run down looking. Glad we didn’t have to stay but one night. Ok but not as good as the ratings on site

Everything is clean, it's quiet. The back entrance door would not work, had to walk around building several times. Frustrating for older woman

Beds and room were Clean, Staff was Great, But states there was a full breakfast and nowhere did it state the pool was down and not in use

Thank you for your review. We are glad that our staff was great and the rooms were clean. We do apologize that our breakfast was a Grab n Go and our pool and spa are closed for repairs. We are working to get both breakfast and the pool/spa back up and running as soon as we can. We hope to see you again soon.

I purposely booked the hotel because it said there was a pool. It was not available. I could have saved money at another hotel without a pool had I known. I also thought the grab and go breakfast was disappointing. I do not plan to use Travelocity again.
