We arrived early for check in Sara at the front desk could not have been any more accommodating. We were traveling with my two older parents she was most helpful getting us checked in and making sure we had everything we needed. Hotels need more people like Sara!!!

Good location but property has not been taken care of. Heating/cooling systems worked poorly. My. Sister and husband were cold all night the first night. They had mechanic up twice. We had to keep our heat up high so it would continue working. So we were very warm.

The property had a new 3rd party company come in and clean and service all 102 heating units, and unfortunately we are discovering that there was much damage done and are working diligently in the repair process. We hope that you will come and see us again, and allow us the opportunity to extend the excellent service and accommodations that each and every guest deserves.

Overall, we were very pleased with this location. However, even though the bed was very comfortable it did not seem like it was a king sized bed even though that is the room we reserved.

Pros: The staff was great, friendly and helpful
Best staff hands down, great rooms, great breakfast. The staff helped with every single thing we needed. Secured us a room when our reservation got cancelled. They lent us scissors and an iron for the wedding we were a part of. If you needed anything they were on top of it. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Would definetly stay again

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
Stayed one night for Joyce meyer conference at the palace. Room was very nice and modern. Nice hot tub. Loved free breakfast which included eggs, sausages, Belgian waffle station, yum. Loved free shuttle back and forth to palace. Love Marcus and nick the drivers. Super friendly. Would definetly stay at again.

Wonderful Experience

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The queen size beds are a major plus! The breakfast was wonderful and the staff couldn't have been any nicer.

Great stay.

We checked in on the 4th day of business and stayed 3 nights. There were a few new construction glitches, but they were easily resolved. Super clean, breakfast was great and the location is perfect for us for coming "home" to visit family.
