We booked this hotel for a wedding. I called the Wednesday before our stay to ask for early check in. The person on the phone said 1:30 was okay, so we show up at 1:30 only to be told we can’t. I understand they were short staffed and things happen but very frustrating to say the least. We just went to Applebees next door for a bite to eat. We had 2 rooms. One room had unwrapped candy by the foot of the bed and the other room had painters tape all over the table as if that is all that was holding it together. Key reader on one side of the building wasn’t working so we had to park on the other side. Overall not a great experience.

The front desk was very friendly, and check-in was fairly easy. I was pleased that there was a decent breakfast to be had, and that this location was conveniently located along my route of travel

We enjoyed the larger room, the breakfast, it was quiet, staff was friendly. The location was great for us. Bed was not the best and the spa/whirlpool wasn't super clean (small dead worms were floating in the water but we didn't see them until after we got in and there were several of them around the pool area). Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

I went with this hotel because we like a full breakfast. There were no scrambled eggs or bacon. The sausage and French toast was completely cold. I wanted some waffles but the machine was not working. No decaf coffee. No syrup. The room was musty smelling. I arrived 30 minutes before check in time. There were no cars in the parking lot. They said I would be charged a fee for early check in. At $200 a night to stay there was no way I would pay an extra fee for that. I told them to just hold the room until we returned from visiting our family at 10pm. She said she could not do that. I was preparing to simply cancel my room and she checked me in. Hopefully I won’t see an up charge on my bill. If I do I will certainly complain.

We were not greeted upon arrival. We had to call for the front desk agent to come out (it was late) and when he arrived didn't greet us or welcome us to the hotel. It took a long time for him to get us checked in, as if he was just staring at the computer screen. Also, the door handle opened oddly (you pull the handle up rather than down) and when he was giving instructions, was somewhat surly with us. The same man checked us out and did not offer any pleasantries or ask how our stay was. The room rate was outrageous and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
