Welcome to our oceanfront oasis on the National Seashore, where you can watch whales, seals, sharks, fish and birds from the top floor deck while enjoying panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Located just a 10-minute walk from Nauset Light Beach and a quick 7-minute ride to Coastguard Beach, our home is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful beaches of Cape Cod.

Inside, our home boasts 2 floors of spacious living space, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 12 guests. The top and bottom floor have 2 separate entrances, which gives you plenty of privacy. The top floor features a master bedroom (queen bed) with a private bathroom, as well as an open-concept living space that includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a comfortable living and leisure room, and a large deck - all with big windows that provide stunning views of the ocean. The bottom floor has 2 more bedrooms - one with 2 queen beds and one with 2 bunk beds (top bed is double, bottom is queen) - as well as a bathroom and an entertainment room complete with an arcade.
There's nothing quite like falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to the sight of the ocean. At our vacation rental, you'll have the opportunity to do just that. It's the perfect way to start and end your days on Cape Cod.
Outside there is outdoor seating with gas fire pit on a beautiful lawn facing the ocean. There is also an outdoor shower.
